Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager (Individual contributor role ) to manage the Finance and accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess good analytical and communication skills, collaborative approach towards work and be comfortable in being an independent contributor.
Job Responsibilities:
● Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
● Handle day-to-day accounting operations , invoicing , collections , coordination with sales teams for smooth business operations
● Manage cash flow reports with regular updation of the data with 100% accuracy
● P&L – updating all data regularly to generate the P&L of the operations accurately
● Variance analysis vs pre set goals
● Maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
● Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and business service providers.
Requirements:
● Commerce graduate, with CA qualification will be an ideal combination . CA Inter / CA final applicants are most welcome to apply
● Proven experience (5+ years) in a relevant role
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting standards
● Experience with accounting software Tally.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
