- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Process and manage documents, including sorting, organizing etc.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the team with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and other office events.
- Data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements when necessary.
- Assist with basic accounting or financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense reporting.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
