We are looking for a skilled and responsible 4-Wheeler Instructor who can train students in four-wheeler systems, service procedures, diagnosis, repair, and professional workshop practices.
Job Role
- Teach students four-wheeler automobile technology through theory and practical classes.
- Explain vehicle systems, service methods, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students during workshop activities.
- Evaluate student performance, maintain discipline, and support skill improvement.
- Train students from basic level to job-ready level with strong practical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes for four-wheeler automobile training.
- Teach car systems, servicing, maintenance, repair, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools, workshop equipment, diagnostic scanners, and safety procedures.
- Guide students in lab work, assess their performance, and maintain attendance/progress records.
- Maintain a clean, safe workshop and prepare students for internships and job-ready skills.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of four-wheeler service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Good understanding of engine, transmission, clutch, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, fuel, cooling, and lubrication systems.
- Ability to use workshop tools, multimeter, scan tool, compression tester, jack, lift, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and conduct safe practical demonstrations.
- Good communication, classroom management, discipline, patience, and ability to train students from basic to job-ready level.
Experience Required
- 1 to 5 years of experience in four-wheeler service, repair, diagnostics, training, or automobile teaching is preferred.
- Experience in dealerships, service centers, garages, training institutes, workshops, or diagnostic centers will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and teaching ability may also be considered.
Qualification
ITI, Diploma, Degree, or certification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Four-Wheeler Mechanic, or related fields is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical workshop experience in four-wheeler service, repair, and diagnosis may also be considered.
