About the Role
AIDEN is looking for a motivated Marketing Executive who can convert customer inquiries into sales and help grow our business. This role focuses on lead conversion, customer communication, and increasing sales through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Build relationships with customers and provide product recommendations.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is an advantage.
