Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendars
- Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Manage emails, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
