Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to oversee execution while ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from initial concept to final execution
- Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as planned
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Mentor and guide junior designers and team members
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Proficiency in design software:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design
- Good project management and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of site execution and technical detailing
- Vendor management experience
- Budget estimation and BOQ preparation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,300.00 per month
