Job Summary
The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate data management, and efficient coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company databases and records accurately
- Handle data entry, documentation, and filing tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational support
- Process orders, invoices, and other administrative documents
- Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations as required
- Monitor inventory, stock records, or operational data (if applicable)
- Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of transactions
- Assist in resolving operational issues and queries
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in back office or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of data management systems

- Experience with ERP or CRM tools
