Candidates with exposure to BMC technologies are preferred however, those with ServiceNow experience and a willingness to transition to BMC are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Learn and work on BMC products and development technologies.
· Participate in training programs and quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
· Develop, customize, and support BMC-based solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
· Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve technical skills.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exposure to BMC technologies is preferred.
· Candidates with ServiceNow experience are also eligible.
· Strong willingness to learn and get trained on BMC development.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of self-learning.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of relevant ITSM / Development experience.
· Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹14,204.21 - ₹65,118.21 per month
