We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations, coordination, and communication activities in a fast-paced work environment.
Location: Ghaziabad , Vaishali sector 3
Joining: Immediate
Experience: 1–3Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and schedules
Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
Handle professional calls, emails, and communications
Maintain reports, documents, and records
Support internal coordination and day-to-day operations
Assist in networking and business communication activities
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and confident personality
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred:
Experience in Executive Assistance, Coordination, Admin, HR Support, or Operations
Immediate joiners preferred
