- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash management
- Prepare and maintain salary records and payroll coordination
- Support GST, TDS, and other financial documentation processes
- Maintain proper accounting reports and expense trackers
HR Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and employee record management
- Coordinate offer letters, agreements, and HR-related documentation
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
Admin & Operations
- Manage daily office administration and operational coordination
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation systems
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure proper follow-up on administrative tasks and deadlines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
