Job Summary
The Director People Culture will lead and drive the HR strategy for MSM Unify, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This role will oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across operations.
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute the People Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion DEI, employee wellness, and engagement programs.
2. Performance Management Development
Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company goals.
Lead leadership development and training initiatives across all levels.
Strengthen learning development programs to support continuous improvement.
3. Talent Acquisition Retention
Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Implement programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
4. Organizational Development Culture
Build and sustain a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Drive cultural alignment across teams while respecting regional differences.
Encourage transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
5. HR Operations Compliance
Oversee HR operations including payroll, HR systems, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Implement technology-driven solutions to improve HR efficiency.
