ROLE
You will be the on-ground face of Easylivin - conducting property visits with prospective tenants, handling site-level queries, and ensuring smooth handoff to the sales team at closure stage.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct scheduled property visits with tenants across BTM, Bilekahalli, Bommanahalli, Hulimavu corridor
- Update visit status and outcome in CRM same day (training provided)
- Scout ToLet boards in assigned areas daily - collect owner numbers and log them
- Coordinate visit timings with the inside team via WhatsApp
- Represent Easylivin professionally - punctual, presentable, responsive
WHAT WE NEED
- Own bike (mandatory) - fuel allowance provided
- Comfortable in South Bangalore areas
- Basic smartphone usage - WhatsApp, Google Maps, CRM app
- Presentable and confident with clients
- Real estate experience is a plus - not mandatory
COMPENSATION
₹20,000–22,000 fixed + ₹1,000 per closure incentive + fuel allowance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
