Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete Alibaba seller account
- Reply to RFQs daily
- Communicate with international buyers
- Upload new products on Alibaba
- Optimize product titles, keywords, and descriptions
- Manage inquiries and follow-ups
- Generate export leads and sales
- Maintain response rate and account health
- Handle Trade Assurance inquiries
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team
- Create attractive product listings
- Use WhatsApp, email, and Alibaba chat professionally
Required Skills
- Experience handling Alibaba seller account
- Good English communication
- Knowledge of export process
- Knowledge of RFQ system
- Basic computer knowledge
- Product listing optimization knowledge
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
