Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader – Customer Support to lead our technical support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional after-sales service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, resolving customer escalations, mentoring the support team, and ensuring timely installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial coding and marking systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Customer Support team to achieve departmental goals.
2. Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service requests and technical issues.
3. Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of coding and marking machines.
4. Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Plan, monitor, and support field service activities to ensure high service quality.
6. Conduct customer visits, machine demonstrations, operator training, and technical guidance.
7. Monitor service performance, customer feedback, and key service metrics to improve customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and customer service records.
9. Train and develop team members to enhance technical knowledge and service capabilities.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Service Engineering.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
· Experience in Industrial Automation or Coding & Marking Systems will be an added advantage.
