Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales operations across India. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and efficient execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage daily sales team visits and maintain accurate reports
- Raise and coordinate technical service tickets across regions, ensuring timely resolution
- Follow up on outstanding and overdue payments, maintaining clear communication with sales teams
- Manage Beauty Advisors (Pan-India):
- Attendance tracking
- Sales performance monitoring
- Salary & incentive coordination
- Process HO primary orders on Grahak accurately and on time
- Monitor sample consumption (South India) and ensure proper utilization tracking
- Verify and manage sales team expenses (South India) and coordinate approvals
- Maintain and track sample inventory across India
- Prepare and manage MIS reports (sales, visits, expenses, performance, etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and HO teams for seamless operations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills (email & phone)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
- Experience with ERP/order systems (Grahak preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations
- Experience in Beauty / FMCG industry is a plus
- Exposure to pan-India sales team coordination is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
