Job Summary
Service Owner – Cybersecurity Platforms, Network, Cloud & Endpoint Security Role Purpose The Service Owner – Cybersecurity Platforms, Network, Cloud & Endpoint Security is accountable for the strategy, architecture alignment, lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity technology capabilities. The role owns the roadmap and service direction for cybersecurity platforms that protect enterprise users, devices, networks, cloud environments, and digital communication channels. This includes network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, email security, and related security technologies. The Service Owner provides strategic leadership in technology decisions, platform modernization, security architecture alignment, vendor management, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services. The role partners with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure security platforms effectively support enterprise risk management and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the cybersecurity platform strategy, roadmap, and future-state architecture direction. Own the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity technologies and services. Evaluate security technologies, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations for platform selection, modernization, and rationalization. Lead cybersecurity technology transformation initiatives, including major platform migrations such as Trend Micro to CrowdStrike. Provide strategic ownership for cybersecurity platforms supporting: Network security and secure access capabilities (e.g., Zscaler) Endpoint security and detection capabilities (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trend Micro) Email security and threat protection capabilities (e.g., Cisco IronPort, Abnormal Security) Cloud security capabilities supporting AWS and Azure environments Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure technology design and alignment with enterprise standards. Establish cybersecurity technology standards, governance processes, and service management practices. Manage strategic technology vendors, product roadmaps, licensing decisions, and service performance. Define and monitor service KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and maturity improvements. Identify opportunities to improve security effectiveness, automation, operational efficiency, and user experience. Ensure cybersecurity platforms support regulatory requirements, security policies, and enterprise risk objectives. Provide leadership and guidance during technology evaluations, architecture reviews, and investment decisions. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, network security, or enterprise technology leadership. Experience owning enterprise cybersecurity platforms or technology services. Strong understanding of: Network security and secure access technologies Cloud security concepts across AWS and Azure Endpoint security and EDR capabilities Email security and threat protection solutions Security architecture and technology lifecycle management Experience with cybersecurity platform migrations and transformation programs. Experience managing technology vendors, managed services, and enterprise contracts. Strong ability to influence architecture decisions and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
