We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our Holidays team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting domestic and international holiday packages, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing customers.
- Provide detailed information on domestic and international tour packages (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and customize holiday packages accordingly.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmation of travel arrangements.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations, and offers.
