Seagull Advertising is looking for a Lead Brand & Experiential Designer to transform brand strategy into impactful visual identities and immersive brand experiences across digital, physical, and spatial touchpoints.

Lead the creation of brand identity systems, including logos, typography, visual languages, and brand guidelines.

Design experiential and environmental branding for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, and corporate environments.

Develop wayfinding systems, signage, and spatial graphics.

Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and creative teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.

Present concepts to clients and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative standards.

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) or Master of Design (M.Des.) in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Spatial/Environmental Design from an accredited design school (e.g., NID, IDC School of Design, RISD, UAL, or similar institutions).

Experience: 5 – 8 years of dedicated experience within a specialist brand consultancy or experiential design studio (rather than a generic advertising agency).

Strict Focus: A portfolio completely devoid of product/UX design or general social media marketing, focusing purely on deep identity systems and spatial assets.
