01. Receive and review assigned enquiries from the Proposal Lead; raise queries for any missing or unclear information before estimation.
02. Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers in accordance with client specifications and competitive market pricing.
03. Obtain and compare vendor and OEM quotations for all materials, equipment, and sub-systems included in the scope.
04. Complete all assigned proposals accurately and submit within the deadline assigned by the Proposal Lead.
05. Maintain an individual enquiry log tracking status, submission dates, and revision history.
06. Revise and update proposals in response to client queries, post-submission clarifications, or Proposal Lead review comments.
07. Archive all completed proposals and supporting documents per MASPL's documentation procedure.
08. Coordinate with the SCM Executive for procurement pricing inputs required for estimation.
09. Support the Proposal Lead during high-workload periods or cross-functional estimation tasks.
10. Continuously update knowledge of OEM products, technical specifications, and market
