Client Handling: Ideal for candidates currently managing 15–20+ international clients / key accounts
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end export sales operations for multiple international key accounts
Manage client servicing, order execution, and escalation handling
Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to dispatch
Drive MIS, dashboards, sales forecasting, and pipeline visibility
Work closely with merchandising, production, logistics, and finance
Improve turnaround time and resolve operational bottlenecks
Lead and mentor the sales operations / client servicing team
Support revenue growth through strong process and account governance
Preferred Background
Strong jewellery / diamond export industry experience
Currently handling 15–20+ active international clients
Team leadership and process management exposure
Strong in Excel, ERP, MIS, and reporting
Exposure to US / Europe / Middle East markets
Experience from Jewellery Export Companies
