Job Summary
Pitambra Films & Productions is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the company's human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and talent development while supporting the fast-paced and creative environment of the media and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, technical, administrative, and production roles.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HRMIS.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support career development planning.
- Organize learning and development programs for employees.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR reports.
- Support branch expansion by recruiting and onboarding new talent across locations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce requirements.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in media, entertainment, advertising, or creative industries.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment practices, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Experience hiring creative professionals, actors, models, photographers, editors, and production staff.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
