We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter for our Calicut branch who is proficient in English and Hindi, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and select candidates to fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in creating job advertisements and marketing materials using Canva.
- Support daily office operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and scheduling.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle inquiries, provide updates to clients, and ensure smooth communication.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment consultancy by performing administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Freshers can also apply; prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva for creating visual materials is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in overseas recruitment is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
