Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customers' requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales staff.
- Provide basic information about products, services, and store facilities.
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support the sales team with customer flow and general store activities.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional standards.
- Handle customers courteously and help resolve basic concerns.
