Salary, Bonus and Benefits
- Before you even start working, FEA will spend Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1 Lac on you to train you.
- Starting Salary: Rs. 14,500/month for the first curriculum cycle. The curriculum cycle takes approximately 12-13 months, depending on the performance of the teacher.
- Salary increased to Rs. 16,500 per month at the beginning of the second curriculum cycle, based on meeting performance criteria.
- Curriculum Completion Bonus: Rs. 10,000 on completing every curriculum cycle.
- Optimum Capacity Bonus: Rs. 12,000 on performance based
- Only FEA employees are eligible for bonuses which are paid after completion of the curriculum cycle.
