WM: Remote (3 days in a month WFO-Bangalore)

Principal/Architect-level resources, with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and LWC.
Senior Salesforce Lead Developer / Consultant to with experience of handling complex Salesforce solutions. He will act as both a hands-on technical expert and a trusted client advisor for all Salesforce related development.
* Have Architecture knowledge and develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or CPQ
* Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and Flows
* Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and sprint delivery
* Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
* Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools
* Communicate project status and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules)
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (mandatory)
* Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and sandbox management
* Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
