We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Mechanical / Electrical / ELV with hands-on experience in building services systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, preparing coordinated shop drawings, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality MEP solutions.

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Certification in BIM / Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Additional certification in HVAC / Fire Fighting / Plumbing / ELV drafting is preferable.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and ELV systems.
- Perform modeling for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical & ELV systems as per project specifications.
- Prepare coordinated BIM models and ensure clash-free integration with other disciplines.
- Generate shop drawings, GA drawings, sectional drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Support quantity take-off and material estimation from BIM models.
- Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Update models based on design revisions and site modifications.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit MEP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MEP drafting and modeling standards.
- Understanding of clash detection and coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with project documentation and submission standards.
