We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital. The candidate should ensure smooth administration, quality patient care, staff coordination, and efficient hospital management.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall hospital operations and administration
- Supervise hospital staff and department activities
- Ensure quality patient care and service standards
- Handle patient relations and resolve complaints
- Maintain hospital records, reports, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support teams
- Monitor budgets, billing, and operational expenses
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and healthcare regulations are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage hospital operations efficiently
- Computer knowledge and administrative skills
Experience
- Hospital work experience preferred
- Candidates with relevant healthcare or hospital administration experience will be given priority
