Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, and support sales and service teams. The role involves handling customer inquiries, updating CRM records, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Track customer orders, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Generate CRM reports and customer activity reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer communications.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and customer order management.
- Problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
