We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Relations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate or fresher who is enthusiastic about building professional relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the bridge between our company and our clients helping to coordinate communication, support service delivery, and contribute to long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, updates, or support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between internal teams and clients.
- Understand client needs and work with relevant departments to deliver solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and activity logs.
- Assist in resolving client issues and escalating them when necessary.
- Gather feedback from clients to support continuous service improvement.
- Prepare basic client reports, summaries, or presentation material if required.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA (preferred in Marketing, HR, or Business Administration)
- Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Communication, or a related field
- 2024 / 2025 batch pass-out or up to 1 year of experience
Key Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good presentation and email etiquette
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and calmly
- Basic understanding of business operations and client servicing
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
