Xpego is a curated marketplace for urban experiences in Bengaluru — connecting people with workshops, wellness sessions, fitness events, and more, and helping creators and venues fill their spaces. We're early-stage, moving fast, and building something real.
The role
We're looking for someone hands-on to own marketing execution — making creatives and running campaigns — working directly under our performance marketing lead. This isn't a strategy or research role. It's a doing role: you'll be in Ads Manager, making ads, launching campaigns, and watching the numbers.
What you'll do
- Produce ad creatives — static graphics and short-form video — for experiences and venue campaigns (Canva, CapCut, Figma — whatever gets it done)
- Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, under our lead's targeting direction
- Monitor performance daily — pause what's not working, scale what is, and flag it
- Manage the creative pipeline for new listings — every new experience and venue needs ads
- Support marketing ops — WhatsApp campaign content, listing creatives, and keeping the funnel moving
- Report weekly on spend, cost-per-lead, and what actually converted
Who you are
- You've actually run ad accounts — for a brand, a business, a freelance client, your own venture, or even a college fest. We care about what you've done, not your degree.
- You can make a clean, scroll-stopping creative without waiting for a designer
- You're comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and can find your way around Google Ads
- You're organized, self-directed, and can be trusted with a budget
- Bonus: you've worked with D2C, events, or local/lifestyle brands
What we're not looking for
A theorist. If your experience is coursework and frameworks but you've never launched a live campaign or made an ad, this isn't the fit — and that's okay.

- Part-time / project-based to start, with room to grow as we scale

- Remote-friendly, Bengaluru preferred
- Bring a portfolio or examples: ads you've made, accounts you've run, numbers you've moved
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
