Job Profile: Business Development Associate
Roles and Responsibility: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate with 1-6 years of experience in IT sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales growth in the IT sector by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Skills:
· Drive sales growth in the IT sector, focusing on new business and client relationships.
· Identify and prospect clients via networking, research, lead generation, etc
· Build long-term relationships, understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
· Stay updated with IT trends and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
· Lead the sales process from contact to closing, exceeding sales targets.
· Work with internal teams to deliver solutions and provide regular sales updates.
· Ensure smooth client handover and assist with post-sales concerns to ensure high retention.
· Attractive incentive structure based on the number of sales closed and revenue generated.
