Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong interest in AI and automation tools who can help build and manage automated marketing systems.
The person will work closely with the founder to develop and test a complete marketing automation framework that includes:
* Lead generation
* Landing page creation
* CRM setup
* WhatsApp automation
* AI-powered content and ad creation
* Marketing analytics and optimization
Initially, this role will focus on building a working demo for hospital, which will later be replicated for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation
- Build automated workflows using tools like Zapier / Make / n8n
- Integrate lead forms, CRM, email, and WhatsApp automation
- Set up automated lead response systems
2. AI-Powered Marketing
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms to generate:
o Ad copy
o Social media content
o Landing page content
o Marketing campaigns
3. Lead Generation Systems
- Create and optimize landing pages
- Set up Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
- Build lead capture systems
4. CRM & Lead Management
- Set up simple CRM systems for tracking leads
- Create automated follow-up sequences
- Ensure lead tracking and reporting
5. WhatsApp & Communication Automation
- Implement WhatsApp automation systems
- Configure automated responses and lead nurturing flows
6. Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance
- Analyze lead conversion data
- Suggest improvements in marketing funnel
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier / Make / n8n)
- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Ability to experiment and learn new tools quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience with landing page builders (Framer / WordPress / Webflow / Carrd)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation
- Experience working with small business marketing
- Understanding of lead funnels
