About the Role
We're looking for an HR / Ops Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. This is a coordination-focused role — not managerial in scope — ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented who enjoys keeping teams and processes on track.
What You'll Do
- Track daily work progress across teams and flag delays or bottlenecks
- Coordinate internal updates and communication between team members
- Support scheduling of client meetings, deadlines, and internal reviews
- Maintain records related to attendance, task tracking, and basic HR administration
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow across the office
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR, operations, or coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with MS Excel and basic office tools
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to tracking tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience in a professional services or accounting firm is a plus, but not required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
