Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with 3–5 years of accounting experience who is currently residing in Gurugram or nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Currently residing in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately.
- Experience working in a private limited company.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
