Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who are fluent in Tamil and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting inquiries into business opportunities through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and call status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
