We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Audit and Accounts Executive to handle accounting, taxation, audit support, and compliance-related work. The candidate should have practical knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, financial statements, and audit documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Work
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and verify ledger accounts.
- Handle bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintain debtors, creditors, expenses, and cash records.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss account, and supporting schedules.
Audit Work
- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and bank audit assignments.
- Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, vouchers, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Check compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
- Conduct stock, cash, debtor, creditor, and fixed asset verification wherever required.
- Identify discrepancies and report observations to seniors.
Taxation and Compliance
- Prepare data for GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation.
- Assist in TDS calculation, payment, and return preparation.
- Support income tax return filing and tax audit data preparation.
- Prepare GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory working files.
- Follow up with clients for documents and compliance data.
MIS and Reporting
- Prepare basic MIS reports as required.
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts.
- Prepare outstanding statements, expense reports, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, vendors, and internal team members.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and audit procedures.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and assignments.
- Accuracy, sincerity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply.
- Experience of 1–3 years in CA firm, accounting firm, or company accounts department preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Practical experience in Tally accounting.
- GST return preparation and reconciliation.
- TDS working and return preparation.
- Audit documentation and ledger scrutiny.
- Finalization assistance of books of accounts.
Salary
Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and practical knowledge.
Suitable Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, eager to learn, and capable of working under guidance. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in CA office work, audit assignments, taxation, and accounting compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
