We are hiring a Civil Engineer with experience in villa and residential construction to handle site execution, supervision, contractor coordination, material management, and quality control. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for on-site construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervision and execution of villa / independent house projectsCoordination with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory managementQuality control as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Measurement, certification, and contractor billingMonitoring construction progress, timelines, and daily site activities
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and proper work practices at site
Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in villa, residential, or independent house constructionStrong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and site executionAbility to manage contractors and multiple site activitiesAutoCAD knowledge preferredGood communication and coordination skills
