Primary Teacher Job Description Overview
- Role Purpose: To teach core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) and nurture holistic development.
- Target Group: Students aged 6–11 years (Grades 1–5).

Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Create and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Classroom Management: Establish rules, maintain discipline, and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams; provide constructive feedback.
- Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on academic performance and behavior.
