About the Role
Stadion Institute of Sports & Management is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Advisor with a strong consultative sales approach to drive enrollments for our Online PGDBM, US MBA, Sports Management, Artificial Intelligence, Pharmaceutical Management, Healthcare, and other executive education programs.
This is a revenue-generating role ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right academic program while consistently achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through consultative selling.
- Counsel working professionals and graduates on career-focused online programs.
- Sell Online PGDBM, US MBA, Sports Management, AI, Pharma, Healthcare, and executive education programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable academic pathways.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up consistently using CRM, WhatsApp, phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close admissions.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective students and corporate learners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Executive Education, Online Programs, Higher Education, or Overseas Education.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and enrollment targets.
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
