About Us
Voxiis is an AI-native localization and language services company building the next generation of translation infrastructure. We combine cutting-edge AI translation pipelines with human expertise to deliver enterprise-grade localization — spanning AI Translation, MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing), Human Translation, Proofreading, and Transcreation.
Voxiis has built a proprietary multi-agent AI translation pipeline targeting 95-99% accuracy, and counts Freshworks among its anchor enterprise clients.
We're a lean, fast-moving startup scaling toward significant ARR growth, with a hands-on culture where early team members shape both the product and the go-to-market engine from the ground up.
The Role
We're hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents and internal products that make our team faster and our operations leaner. You'll take vague, real-world problems ("our follow-ups are inconsistent," "we need a dashboard for X") and turn them into working, deployed tools — end to end.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't be handed detailed specs; you'll be handed problems.
What You'll Do
- Design and build LLM-powered agents for internal workflows — lead qualification, reporting, client onboarding, content generation, and more
- Build and maintain lightweight internal products and dashboards used daily by the team
- Integrate agents with our existing tools (Notion, CRM, WhatsApp/email, Google Workspace)
- Deploy and maintain tools on cloud infrastructure — reliable, secure, and cost-sensible
- Iterate fast based on direct feedback from the people using what you build
- Own projects from idea to production, not just the "AI part"
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) in production — not just tutorials or personal projects
- Strong full-stack skills: React/Next.js on the frontend, Node or Python on the backend
- Experience deploying and running services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or simpler stacks like Vercel/Railway/Supabase)
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you can turn a rough problem statement into a shipped tool without hand-holding
- Solid understanding of agentic patterns: tool use, function calling, RAG, orchestration (frameworks like LangChain/CrewAI, or building it yourself)
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Familiarity with the API
- Prior experience at a small team or startup where you wore multiple hats
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days
- Shipped at least one internal agent/tool that's actively used by the team
- Demonstrated ability to go from problem → working prototype → deployed tool independently
- Established a working rhythm with leadership on prioritizing what to build next
