We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and sales strategy skills, with the ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to improve conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Forecast sales revenue and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
