We are looking for Client Success professionals with experience in Background Verification (BGV), HRTech, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Digital KYC, or SaaS. The role involves managing enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, driving product adoption, and building long-term customer relationships.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across BGV, HRTech, BFSI, and FinTech.

Drive smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.

Build strong relationships with HR, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Support teams to resolve client issues.

Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
