Job Profile: Packing Machine Operator
· Operate automatic and semi-automatic snack packing machines
· Set machine parameters in HMI (weight, temperature, speed, sealing time)
· Ensure correct packaging material (pouches, laminates, nitrogen flushing if required)
· Monitor sealing quality and packet appearance
· Check net weight accuracy using weighing scales
· Minimizes packing material and product wastage and material loss
· Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance
· Report machine faults to maintenance team
· Maintain production and packing records
