Job Summary
VT Container is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and increasing sales of container and packaging products. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging and container industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and customer records.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably packaging, containers, logistics, or manufacturing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools..

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
