Balken Elite World Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a leading overseas recruitment and travel company based in Kerala, specializing in international job placements across Europe and other countries. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Telecaller Executive to strengthen our recruitment team.
Job Summary
The Senior Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling candidate enquiries, generating quality leads, converting prospects into successful registrations, and guiding applicants through the initial stages of the overseas recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up communications.
- Explain overseas job opportunities, recruitment procedures, and company services professionally.
- Generate and convert quality leads into successful registrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets.
- Support and guide junior telecallers whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve targets independently.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a results-oriented approach.
