1. Maintaining accurate financial records: This includes recording transactions, updating financial statements, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
2. Preparing financial reports: Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
3. Processing invoices and payments: This involves issuing invoices, managing accounts payable, and ensuring timely payment of bills.
4. Reconciling accounts: Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
5. Assisting with audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

7. Taking competitor rates from vendors and finalizing the vendor
8. Follow with vendors for timely deliveries
9. Maintaining sales sheet as per requirement
10. Making outward POs
11. Maintaining inward and outward POs reference wise
