Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible freshers to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. The selected candidates will be trained to operate production machines safely and efficiently and support the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines as per company instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Learn machine operation and production processes through on-the-job training.
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Check the quality of products during the production process.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Report machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Handle materials properly and maintain workplace discipline.
- Follow company rules, regulations, and attendance requirements.
Qualification
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma/ Any degree candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic understanding of machine operations is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
