Job Overview
- Role: Web Designer
- Location: 100% Remote
- Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance
- Working Hours: Must have dedicated working availability aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX & Web Design: Design engaging, modern, and user-centric website layouts, landing pages, responsive web components, and interactive prototypes.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital design assets reflect our brand identity, modern aesthetics, and visual guidelines across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project leads, and marketing teams to translate wireframes and creative briefs into functional web experiences.
- Responsive & Mobile-First Design: Create intuitive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimization & QA: Review live web builds, provide design feedback, and refine visual layouts for maximum engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Web Knowledge: Strong understanding of web usability, responsive layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- CMS & No-Code Platforms (Bonus): Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS).
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be available for meetings and collaboration during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.
- Communication: Clear and reliable written/verbal English communication with strong self-management skills.
