Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and various consultancy networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with consultancies and external recruitment partners whenever required.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined turnaround time.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with management.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.com or related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
