Key Responsibilities:-
- Meet with clients to discuss event requirements, budgets, menus, seating arrangements, and schedules.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate event details to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with catering, kitchen, housekeeping, audiovisual, and service teams.
- Monitor event setup, decoration, and room arrangements.
- Ensure banquet facilities are prepared according to event specifications.
- Supervise banquet operations during events and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Track event expenses and assist with billing and invoicing.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
